The only reason I give a 4 out of 5 stars is because of the check in time of 4:30pm, which is relatively late compared to most rentals. We go out West for skiing every year and rent a condo or stay in a hotel. I can honestly say this was the BEST condo we have ever rented. It is totally updated, right near the slopes, has a locker for storage of equipment, and excellent activities in a safe environment for kids. There are plenty of inexpensive restaurants within 200 yards of the condo and even a small grocery store. The couch is super comfy and the flat screens and cable tv are a major plus for apres ski. The underground garage is great and easy to get your stuff to the condo via lots of bellman carts. We will definitely be back! ##### Niels M. Reviewer Comments: Summit County was amazing! We had keys that would just stop working and they replaced them immediately. They also brought a crock pot when we asked for one. I would recommend that the TV in the living room be lowered a bit for optimum viewing and that the ski locker have a way to empty out the standing water in the bottom. A bit on the small side for 4 adults. There was quite a bit of hair left in the master bathroom from either the cleaning crew or previous guests. Disappointed that there is such a large fee charged for cleaning - then we have to take out our own trash and run the dishwasher. On top of this, there was an envelope asking for a tip for the cleaning crew!
