Immerse yourself in the tranquility of Keystone, Colorado by settling into this cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo in the heart of River Run Village. Its convenient location affords you the luxury of being just a short stroll away from some of the best ski slopes in the region, perfect for enthusiasts of the sport, or those simply seeking to enjoy the breathtaking vistas that the mountainous terrain offers.

Save 5% due to possible construction noise or inconveniences on a neighboring new building. No construction-related refunds will be issued. There is construction taking place of another building (Kindred) nearby the Springs and some Red Hawk Properties during 2024 and most likely into 2025. While we will put every effort into keeping this page up to date, contractors don't always inform us of their schedules. There might be construction noise, blocked off pathways, building materials in the guest view and other issues that come with constructing a building. Therefore, we are providing an additional discount at the time of booking due to these possible inconveniences. Not valid with other discounts or promotions.

Great place overall

Great location and well stocked unit. Could use a new couch, and the walls to the next door unit are a little thin, so your at the mercy of the renters next door. Thankfully, there are quiet hours, so even though there were two families with little kids staying next to us, it worked out okay. The hot tubs were also very busy with multiple families during our stay, so we didn’t use them as planned. On the flip side, if you are coming with a family, you will have plenty of company.

Fantastic location and Condo

Place was fantastic! Very clean. Great views of the slopes and in the middle of everything. My son and I had the time of our lives. Would stay there again in a minute!!
