You are a few minute walk from the gondola and even closer to a variety of places to eat and shop. It is a good layout for a family or even two families if you are good with being in close quarters. We had 5 people saved it was great for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in January before MLK weekend and keystone was not crowded. We were there for a music festival, which was great for the family. There is some noise in the condo during the day, but it was quiet at night. The condo is in a fantastic location. Once you exit the building, you have about a 2 minute walk to the gondola. One of the main areas is right outside the doorway so you can walk to restaurants and shops. The condo owner was so helpful with any questions and responded immediately. The unit has almost every cooking appliance you could need, in unit laundry, and a dishwasher. We had 7 adults and there was still one extra bed. We had a very short walk to the gondola every morning as our building is the closest until they finish construction on the two new units. The owner was very quick and helpful if we had any questions.
