The vaulted ceilings lend an open feel and the updated kitchen is perfect for making home-cooked meals. The patio offers a private hot tub, and with the resort shuttle picking up nearby you’re just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants, and area festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including an oversized, centrally located hot tub. The entryway has a closet, a long bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features vaulted ceilings with beautiful wood paneling, a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. Just off the living area you can access the patio that offers scenic views and a private hot tub. The homeowner has provided a selection of books and toys for the enjoyment of families. There are also two pack n' plays, two baby gates, a high chair and kid's stool. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. There are three full bathrooms. The guest bathroom on the main level has a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The primary bedroom is upstairs and features a king-sized bed and a comfortable chair for lounging. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. A door separates the toilet area for added privacy. There are also two guest bedrooms upstairs. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. I know it’s winter in the mountains, but the snow buildup was uneven and very slippery. 2) Because of the very low quality of the pullout sofa, I think calling the den a sleeping space is very over stated. Each room had shades and many windows to open to cool the home down, plenty of light in the evening, and the floor to ceiling windows in the living room had curtains to cover them at night as needed. The hot tub was great too! One thing we loved was the games, books, and toys for kids of all ages. We brought our 1.5 year old and she LOVED the foam blocks and all the new books to explore. They were eventually resolved but it did take a couple days and one of the bathrooms was totally out of commission while we waited, which was inconvenient when you’re in a house with several others. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this place!!! Not only was the location extremely convenient, but between the shuttle, hot tub, # of beds, cleanliness, and the view, this place really had it all. Really the only thing was that there were no instructions as to how to activate the front door number pad. It was not explicitly detailed anywhere so we had to wait and call maintenance for them to come down and show us that we need to press our palms against the pad. It was an easy fix and quite avoidable. The maintenance guy had even mentioned he comes down all the time to do the same thing for others, so you would think since it is a common misconception, someone would have cleared that up before! ##### Morgan P.
