This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with two king beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed. It features a private balcony that overlooks the pool and hot tub, also with scenic mountain views. It has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub. The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted over a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living area is a queen-sized Murphy bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony can be accessed through the living area and overlooks the shared pool and hot tub with scenic mountain views. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and slate floors. The kitchen also includes Keurig coffee maker, making it easy to brew a fresh cup of coffee anytime. The dining area comfortably seats six people. The guest bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There are two primary bedrooms. Both primaries feature king-sized beds with Ivory White Bedding and have flat screen TVs. Both have en suite bathrooms with double sinks and shower/tub combinations. \*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025\* Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking. \*\*Ivory White Bedding\*\* This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Reviewer Comments: My daughter got married in River run and this unit was perfectly located so I could easily help her and attend all the events!The unit itself was absolutely charming and oh so comfortable. I loved it! It was perfect for the two separate families sharing the space. I love that there are restaurants and shopping so close by and River Run Village is so lovely. I easily made excursions into Frisco, which is a must see town, and Breckenridge which is also so charming. I wound 100% stay here again. ##### Sharon C. Reviewer Comments: Spacious condo with two master suites plus a third bathroom was nice. It is located on 2nd floor, close to the elevators so not too much walking involved. Only thing is the outside hallway noise can get a pretty loud since the second floor is open to the foyer, and it seems that groups like to gather there in the evenings. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms are nice and the balcony is a nice touch with a great view of the pool. There were two randomly missing drawers, the ice maker wasn't working, and half of the window cranks are missing knobs, making it hard to open and close the windows. The fridge doesn't fit right and the drawers bump it every time you open them. I reached out to property management a few times and they eventually replied, even if it took a while. I'm sure it was a really nice property when it was new but it doesn't look like a lot of time or effort have been put into it recently. ##### Brent H. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect! The unit was a nice size and especially liked the 2 master suites as we were traveling with another couple. The unit was well stocked and met our needs. The large sectional was great for watching the US Open and the underground free parking was so convenient.With that said, several updates should be made. The ironing board doesn't stand up, the hair dryer in one of the master baths has been torn from the wall, the cabinet in one of the masters was missing a drawer and a door, there was mold in the caulking around the shower in the hallway bath, the screen door to deck is difficult to use, the silverware drawer hits the frig when you pull the drawer open. These are not large repairs but they add up and would definitely make the renter's experience even better! And the hot tub was out of service which I know isn't related to the unit but still disappointing. Overall, we would still consider a return visit but with so many units available, it would benefit the owner and the renter for the owner to make the necessary updates.
