Explore all Key West has to offer, located just three miles from vibrant Duval Street, and four miles from historic and majestic Mallory Square. The property features two pools, a hot tub, park-style grills, picnic tables, onsite bar, and much more. . This spacious two bedroom condo features a king primary suite with hardwood flooring, a connecting ensuite full bathroom with shower and bath tub. The guest bedroom features a queen bed with wood flooring. The condo also features a full kitchen, with a full refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (drip style), toaster, blender, dishes and utensils. The living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa, HD TV, a dining area and access to a private patio. This is a two-story condo and the bedrooms are upstairs. \*Must climb stairs — Stairs required to access the unit, Stairs may be required to access bedrooms Units are assigned in seven night increments, multiple week stays may be booked, room moves may be required. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. No RVs, campers or mobile homes may be parked on the premises. Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles per unit. Welcome Center hours of operation are: Sunday to Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday/Saturday 8am – 10pm. Late arrivals must call the welcome center for arrangements. An ID and a credit card is required upon arrival for a refundable security deposit. We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service. Gumbos is not currently operating as a bar or restaurant. Laundry facilities located on top floor of buildings for a fee. Towel Exchange is not available. Pictures are representative of units on property. All feature similar layouts, decor and amenities. Property features most 2 story units. There exists a chance you may be assigned a single story unit. We really enjoyed all the amenities at the site. Both pools, the hot tub, the grills and finally Gumbo’s the large bar that overlooks the marina. Theresa, the bartender, helped us the most and rook very good care of us. A momma manatee and her baby were in the marina as well as a couple of iguanas that cruised the docks were a cool site. The other renters, most who used seemed to use the site via time share were very welcoming and were real people. We would recommend renting golf carts, mopeds/scooter or bicycles to get around. The bike use may be too much with all there is to do and see. No kitchen towels soap or sponge. One bathroom was fully stocked. The other bathroom had barely enough toilet paper for a visit. No bathroom towels. Sand fleas in couch mattress. See pictures. I called right after check in on Sunday. Jen ( the front desk has given me this number to property manager) informed me that the number I called was for real emergencies. I told her our main tv was not working due to prior customers using a game device. Along with other issues. She told me the first available was 8 am on Monday. Calll 911if I needed. Adam was wonderful Monday morning. It took him a little bit, but he figured out what they had done. We didn't have a nylon dirty laundry bag either, supposedly for dirty linens. One of the house keepers gave us a few towels to make it through after having an accident with my disabled niece. After complaining 3 days in a row. We finally got towels soap sponges and garbage bags. Wednesday is when everything becomes available. I called Jen back to tell her how unhappy I was. She replied she wasn't happy I had called her back. I will never stay here again. ##### Julia M. The front desk was extremely helpful and our property manager highly responsive. I was initially concerned the location would be too far from the action in downtown Key west but we soon learned we were actually better off away from the tourist traps, spending much of our days on site and at the Boathouse, when not exploring downtown.
