It's right on the water with a beautiful beach that is built up, so it is clean with soft sand. The unit has an amazing view, was very clean, and comfy beds. The property owner was extremely responsive and so nice. I had a few questions during our stay and he responded immediately. I highly recommend! ##### Mindy B. We had a great stay at the end of July. Condo is clean and kitchen is well equipped. Enjoyed the pool and small beach area. This rental is in a great location not far from Duval Street but in a quiet area away from the crowds. Very nice to have covered parking as well.
