The laundry room is large and there is an amazing walk in closet in the master bedroom. I work from home and was able to find quiet places to work during the day with reliable internet. Everything is clean and new or like new! The back deck was done so thoughtfully too, with orchids planted in all the trees that were so beautiful. Really nice touches throughout. Loved the pool house to be able to use as an office to separate work and home. The outdoor shower was amazing to start the day with. May 12, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### What a perfect, livable house Unlike so many rentals that have limited amenities and/or space, this house is incredibly livable. Plenty of closet space and dressers for month+ long stays, lots of kitchen gadgets for cooking and drinking needs, extras like beach towels and chairs. The pool is very large for Key West and the yard a gorgeous oasis. The house is so beautifully decorated that my friends and Mom looked for certain items online for their own homes! We were working remotely from the house and the wifi was strong, and the small office in the pool house is excellent workspace. The property manager is very responsive, I was surprised to have a whole new pool heater installed within a week when we confirmed it wasn't working. This house was close enough to the Duval action but far enough away to feel like a neighborhood local. We rented bikes, which put pretty much the whole island in easy reach, but the southernmost point, restaurants, bars, and beaches are within spitting distance. The house comes with some welcome basics, but you will need to stock shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, cooking oils, coffee, etc. The driveway is REALLY tight, we could barely get a 4 person golf cart in, so if you have a car you'll likely need to park in the street. The third bedroom in the pool house is a bit more bare basics with storage, but the two main bedrooms are perfect. We shed a tear leaving after a month in this house. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house exceeded our expectations. Exactly as advertised only better.
