Our room was clean and comfortable, and the on-site restaurants were good. The listing does not indicate that the pool bar is directly below the condo's balcony, and the machinery involved in keeping the pool bar hopping is loud and a bit of an eyesore. That said, you can see the water from the balcony, which is nice. The resort offers free hourly transport to and from Key West city center. We spent most of our time downtown, so sometimes an Uber suited our reservation times better. I know more now, and I think I'll be able to plan better the next time we go! ##### Hilary R. However, we did experience a few issues. Upon arrival, our room was not ready even two hours after the designated check-in time, front desk did not notify us of this once given keys to our room. When we were finally able to access the room, we found that it had been left open with all of our belongings inside, which was concerning. Additionally, the coffee pot did not fit the maker, therefore could not make coffee properly.
