The listing was accurate, but the space was even more impressive in person. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and serving platters to additional storage space in the closets of bedrooms without bureaus.The location couldn't be better! It's right by Mallory Square and the start of Duval Street, with Simonton Beach just two blocks away. One important note: the ductwork connects the primary bedroom to Penthouse A, so the bedroom temperature depends on the thermostat setting in the neighboring unit. Some nights were perfectly comfortable, while others felt a bit warm. The property manager is aware of this. Additionally, cooking smells from Penthouse A sometimes drift into the primary suite.The condo was spotless, and the cleaning team was fantastic. We scheduled two cleanings during our stay, and they did a wonderful job. However, we did encounter small ants throughout the unit. We treated the space with RAID, which helped, and the property manager planned to have pest control address the issue.It’s unfortunate that the property now has a transient license allowing daily rentals instead of monthly stays. I worry it may not remain in its current pristine condition.Hana, the property manager was wonderful and always available to answer any questions.We highly recommend this property! ##### Nicole H.
