The mansion houses a collection of unique architectural details and historic pieces from the mansion's storied past. \- The James House consists of 8 private rooms each with en-suite bathrooms, mini fridge and private balcony. The Space: King room with private bathroom and either a porch or balcony. In room amenities - mini fridge, iron, ironing board & blow dryer. Guest Access: Our contactless check-in makes the process seamless. Guests will receive a personalized access code before arrival as well as code to the front door code to the James House & Curry Mansion amenities. Guests will also have direct contact to a local guest experience manager for any questions, needs or recommendations during their stay. We did not experience the curry mansion in its heyday and therefore greatly enjoyed our stay compared to all these other reviewers who have been going for years and say "remember when". If you go in knowing that you're going to get a more DIY experience, it makes it much easier. The concierge was very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect for fun daytime and nighttime activities, although it can get loud being so close to Duval.
