This home boasts a modern waterfront private backyard with a dock and boat lift. With space-maximizing and luxury island touches from top to bottom, this monthly rental has it all. Stay 15 minutes from downtown Duval Street in this one-of-a-kind island home. The Space: Seamless indoor-outdoor entertainment is made easy with the open-concept floor plan and inviting features at the Haven House. With an indoor tiki bar, sectional couch and bay doors that lead to the back deck the home is flooded with natural light for a true Florida Keys feel. This 3-bedroom bungalow includes 1 King bed & 2 Queens. It also includes three full bathrooms. Guest Access: Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival and direct contact to a local guest experience manager for any questions, needs or recommendations during their stay. Boating & Private Dock Slip: We encourage boating. Here's what you need to know in order to do so safely: \- This waterfront lot offers docking up to 25' \- There is no power or pump out service to the slips. \- The Florida Keys are a notoriously difficult place to navigate. The Neighborhood: Located less than one mile from Key West and all of its famous attractions in a family-style neighborhood. Key Haven To-Dos: There is a local park walking distance from the unit to spend time with your family and friends. Rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Café at Cow Key Marina and embrace island time! Catch a kayak tour out of Lazy Dog in Stock Island. Kitchen needs pots and pans more settings Needs silverware, serving dishes and serving silverware pieces, kitchen towels and luncheon size plates. Garage refrigerator didn’t cool ( freezer was great). Garage had a kayak so we couldn’t use it. Beige living room chair broken. Dryer door closes hard. Refrigerator door doesn’t automatically close. Grill was dirty. We had to refill the empty propane tank . There is a crack in the floor between the laundry room and HVAC closet that is loose and needs repair. We repaired the backyard hose so we could use it. These items are for you to review. We loved the place and would love to return, and would definitely recommend it to others. ##### Robert H.
