Overlooking Smathers Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, this two bedroom, two bath penthouse condo has an upgraded and fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, bamboo cabinets, granite counter tops and an elegant adjoining dining area. A private 40-foot balcony, opening from the living room and bedrooms, has an additional dining area as well as casual seating. This place offered us enough room and was reasonable for the price. Know that you’ll have to get a golf cart for your time there or rack up an Uber bill. It look like it’s been well rented. I’d rate the bed comfort as a zero. They were not comfortable at all. If you have to use the sleeper sofa in the living room don’t plan on sleeping. ##### Tom R. The condo itself had a few issues. 1st: the monster size 8 person jacuzzi in the master suite was both ridiculous and inconvenient. To use the shower you have to climb up a step, over the side of the tub and into the center of the tub to use the shower. The water sprayed outside the tub, as there is no shower curtain or door, wetting the entire bathroom floor. Not safe at all. Didn’t plan on spending my time mopping up floors on vacation. 2nd: the ice maker does not work. 3rd: Had to purchase a can opener. The opener there was an electric one from the 1970’s that no longer operated. This is a simple tool every condo should have. ##### Lisa An Tim W.
