The house is superbly decorated with furniture and carpeting that goes well with the hardwood floors. The house is filled with wonderful historic knick-knacks where I found something new to admire every day. The kitchen has been remodeled with customized modern appliances that fit seamlessly with the historic feel. The master bedroom and bath are special and unique. We really enjoyed the heated salt-water pool. The pool and yard were taken care of weekly. We are property owners and managers ourselves in Surfside Beach, SC, and we've been in the business for over 15 years, so we have set expectations for cleanliness and comfort, which were all met - kitchen is well appointed with high end appliances, and I enjoyed having the extra room upstairs to use as my working office. The location is excellent, in the Meadows, a very nice residential area, and we were able to walk or bike to everything.
