The plunge pool/hot tub was a nice addition. The property manager was very responsive to any questions and also allowed us a late check out. You can't get any closer to Duvall without being directly on it. Practically the center of Duvall street so everything is walking distance. We loved it. There’s an alley next to the house which lets you access Duvall st. Plunge pool is small but we had 10 of us sitting in and around it.
