The AC is not really "central", has free-standing units in 2 of the bedrooms that vent outside, but they are well installed and do the trick, if a bit tricky to regulate the temperature correctly initially. The place is a typical Key West bungalow that feels like some shoeboxes were nailed together, and the back yard is even smaller than expected. Location is great, we did tons of touristy stuff. Having been to Key West previously, met my expectations. 10/10 would rent again, this can absolutely compete with any other typical Key West rental, but it's not posh like a hotel would be. ##### Tanja C. BUT, if you are looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently updated vacation rental, THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE. The beds were comfortable, pillows were full and soft, ceiling fans a plus, sheets and towels fresh and white, all necessary amenities in full working order and a stocked kitchen if you want to do light cooking on the stove top (may need to contact host for instructions.) Plenty of TP, extra paper towels, dish soap, and bathroom toiletries to get you started. The location, even though right at the corner of Duval, was quiet (end of January 2025). The Hot Tub Spa has been replaced (since older reviews of non-working issues) which was a nice way to relax at home. The back patio and front porch swing offered additional comfortable spots to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. We rented a mini-van for our stay which tucked nicely in the parking space in front of the home. Prior to our visit I inquired whether the couch was a pull-out sofa and was told it wasn't; however, it did appear to be a pull-out, although we didn't use it or attempt to open it. The pictures representing this place are from long ago. The floors were really dirty. The outdoor shower was all rotted out. The jacuzzi cover was really dirty and covered with outdoor debris. Sadly we were disappointed. Honestly if we had seen the property beforehand we wouldn't have paid half of what we had paid. ##### SUSAN B. The stove did not work, and I was promised a replacement stove which was never delivered. I called every day that we were there and spoke to numerous people who always promised me a call back with an update, but no one ever called back.
