It has a small pool in a courtyard which is wrapped by a detached building that houses maybe half the rooms on the property. The grounds could use some attention as it looks a bit run down but nothing major. There is a friendly cat named Rusty that lives on the property. You can usually find him chilling on one of the chairs by the pool. It is one block off Duval St. and 3 blocks from the waterfront so easy access to everything in Old Town. There is nobody on site at the property so any issues you have would be dealt with over the phone. I had an issue with switching rooms and they handled it promptly over the phone as the locks are electronic. Housekeeping sets out a small breakfast with fruit, cereal, milk, pastries, etc every morning but it disappears by 10\.
