The condo is as advertised, here's our impressions: Pros - cozy one-bedroom with a kitchen and porch eating area - great location, but still quiet. Walking distance to everythng - parking was a breeze on the dead-end street in front - nice pool and deck to sit and enjoy the sun - laundry facilities (only one washer and dryer were usuable though) Cons - tiny shower - a board enclosing the porch area was loose (noticed near end of the trip) which allowed the door to be unlocked without a key. This needs to be fixed!! - definitely heard the people walking around in the unit above, especially in the early hours - a valve in the pool broke which caused it to be 1/2 empty for two days we were there. The property is in a great spot for walking- close to the beach and the restaurants, shops & bars on Duval. The space was clean and the check in process was simple. The only issue we had was that one of the guests in another room had a big group of friends over to the pool a few times and had a dog so we didn’t really have a chance to enjoy the pool area as much as we’d have liked to.
