The condo is as advertised, here's our impressions: Pros - cozy one-bedroom with a kitchen and porch eating area - great location, but still quiet. Walking distance to everythng - parking was a breeze on the dead-end street in front - nice pool and deck to sit and enjoy the sun - laundry facilities (only one washer and dryer were usuable though) Cons - tiny shower - a board enclosing the porch area was loose (noticed near end of the trip) which allowed the door to be unlocked without a key. This needs to be fixed!! - definitely heard the people walking around in the unit above, especially in the early hours - a valve in the pool broke which caused it to be 1/2 empty for two days we were there. In their defense, management fixed it as soon as they became aware - check-in instructions were not sent until the day before (not a huge deal) ##### Pat O. The property is in a great spot for walking- close to the beach and the restaurants, shops & bars on Duval. The space was clean and the check in process was simple. The only issue we had was that one of the guests in another room had a big group of friends over to the pool a few times and had a dog so we didn’t really have a chance to enjoy the pool area as much as we’d have liked to. It’s close to Duval and the Southernmost Point and lots of good restaurants and bars. Our room was quiet and comfortable for the two of us. There was plenty of parking on the street. We took the car out for Day trips a couple of times and always found parking upon our return. The pool area and grounds were nice and clean.
