Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This beachfront condo in Key West offers a much-needed pop of color to your Florida Keys vacation! You'll enjoy views of the ocean from your private balcony, as well as an open floor plan that provides ample space for everyone to relax. This complex features wonderful shared amenities as well, including a large outdoor pool, a hot tub, fitness center, and tennis courts where you can practice your backhand. The Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail sits right outside the building, offering you easy access to Smathers Beach (half a mile east) and Indigenous Park (half a mile west). Once at the park, you can spend the day enjoying Higgs Beach, Higgs Beach Pier, and West Martello Tower. You'll also be two miles east of the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum and less than three miles south of Mallory Square, where you can shop, dine, or explore museums at your leisure. Building will be undergoing renovations from 5/5/25-11/4/25. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighborpolicy and shall not engage in illegal activity. We wanted to stay somewhere near the beach, with a pool/hot tub and with a balcony with an ocean view, but still a short Uber ride to Duval St. This was perfect! The property was clean, well maintained and a good mix of residents and vacationers. Our only challenge was that the check in process required us to stop at Vacasa's Duval St location to pick up a key fob to get in the building (the door to the unit had a code). It added some extra time and stress to getting into the property once we arrived in Key West. Thankfully we had a car, but it was still an added step we hadn't planned for. It is on a very busy street so sitting on the balcony was very loud. The hallway must have flooded at some point because it was very smelly, damp and musty.they finally got a handle on that by bringing in some drying machines. The fire alarms went off a couple times. Oct 2, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Enjoying Key West from the Gulf side We enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic Parrot: 1) we chose to stay on the Gulf side to save a few bucks and so we could explore Key West's neighborhoods on our way to Mallory Square, Margaritaville, Sloppy Joe's, etc. 2) The Vacasa management and team were terrific, communicative and understanding - we'll definitely use them again! 3) Like any time you're a guest in a condo complex, be sure to understand the rules/expectations before you check in. Spent 2 nights of our 8 night trip here, and it was great. Close to get to most places, awesome views and a great pool and picnic area. Covered parking as long as you don't have a high truck or SUV. Plenty of room the location is close enough to all the night life but far enough to maintain tranquility! The property has all of the amenities you could desire. The beds however, could use a little upgrading. Loud squeaky frame and a dip in the mattress. If you are a picky about you sleep this may be difficult for you. ##### Ryan A. The unit was clean and nicely furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view from the large balcony and swimming in the pristine pool.
