North Sunset (not waterfront) is the place to stay if you are looking for lodging where you and your guests can fully unwind in a coastal chic, home in Key West. The comfortable design and luxurious amenities are second to none in Key West and are sure to make your stay, a memorable one. Close to the stairs, and upon entering this four-bedroom four-and-a-half-bathroom suite via our secure electronic lock system, one will first notice the high-end interior design the vacation home has to offer. This four-bedroom condo has been delicately crafted with high end furnishings, detailed moldings, and modern amenities. Plush couches with strategic accent pillows, a combination of single king and double-twin bedroom options, coupled with luxurious sheets along with a kitchen that’s fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal and all the culinary tools needed to create the finest cuisine. This vacation home offers the most necessary amenity for a stay in the Florida Keys, a private and rather large, covered porch. Like a local, take a seat and lean back on your private porch to enjoy your morning coffee or take an afternoon break to read your favorite book. In North Sunset, guests can find their view of nearby neighborhood and natural foliage of the “Meadows”, a local term for the surrounding area. There was eight of us adults that stayed and it was great for us to all have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. There was also plenty of room for us to all gather in the kitchen and living area where we could all come together to plan our day or end our night. The balcony was a nice addition to the living area that we could also enjoy. It was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Not too far to walk to the historic district if you enjoy walking. Only complaint was that there weren't enough kitchen supplies to cook easily for the number of people the place can accommodate. A few more pots and pans as well as storage containers would be nice. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! ##### Wendi F. Balcony was private even though it did face the road. Everything exceeded our expectations except the beds. Creeky and in need of a pillow top. That part was awesome. If you’re looking for a place close to Duval but off far enough for quiet it’s a great location. Longer walk to Duval. We rented electric golf carts. Facility had charging capabilities. Pool was small but warm. We stayed in suite 3\. The flooring was not properly installed and there were gaps on the floor between the planks. Lots of dings and scrapes on the walls. The beds are hard and very noisy. There is no way to roll over or get out of bed without waking your partner. We had kids above us and it sounded like elephants at 6am. Not ideal after a night out. This place has a lot of potential but needs some work. ##### Theresa M. They have everything you need and even all the little things you don't think about bringing on vacation. AC worked great, appliances were great to make dinner/pop a pizza. Pool was perfect for our kids. The entire grounds were nice and clean. Washer and dryer was a bonus too. Definitely will be staying with them again.
