The location was perfect to all the action on Duval, everything was very walkable. We were also super close to Fort Zach, where we got married. The condo community is well taken care of, pool is the perfect temp, and the area is nice an quiet. We had a great time with no complaints. The only complaint would be the fact that there was a bag of dirty bedding that sat on the front porch for 2-3 days and garbage and recyclables on the back porch the whole time we were there from the guests before us! We called about it twice but nothing was ever done about it. We also called about an issue with our Roku remote(which we eventually figured out), and were told a maintenance person was on the way. The unit is super clean and roomy with comfortable beds and sitting areas, kitchen is stocked with dishes, and it's the perfect location on the island! You are just a short walk to everything on Duval but further enough away that you don't hear the party when you don't want to. They stopped by to bring us a blender, which we used daily to whip up some drinks and enjoy on the patio. The pool was great too and just a quick walk from the unit. The adjoining unit wasn't occupied until our last couple days, which was good because there is a LOT of noise that you can hear from your neighbors!
