Unbeatable location with all the desired amenities, this home is perfect for your island destination. \*\*\*PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE DETAILS AND AMENITIES… Enjoy an open floor plan on the lower level beginning with a fully equipped kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances and a convenient bar top with seating for 2\. An indoor dining table for 4 allows for family meals together enjoying your fresh catch of the day! Steps ahead lies the living area for your day's end lounging and card night. Tile floors on the first level and natural lighting all around this fresh space creates a tropical ambiance for your island retreat. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS… Travel up the staircase to find two guest bedrooms. The master king suite comes equipped with tv, an en suite full bathroom with a shower and an adjoining office space with a writing table for those working remotely. Steps down the hallway is another full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and washer/dryer set. Following the bathroom is the second guest bedroom with a queen bed, tv and French doors that open up to a balcony with seating for 2 that overlooks the lush, tropical community. There are additional sleeping arrangements on the full size sofa sleeper downstairs and a convenient powder room nearby. OUTDOOR LIVING… A private and covered outdoor space with dining for 6 and an electric grill makes for an enjoyable mealtime together relishing the evening's island breeze. A convenient side gate into the back patio makes for frequent bike trips around town. This home is a short walking distance to the Truman Annex community pool as well as all the island’s main attractions to include Ft. Zachary State Park and the Truman Little White House. PARKING... This home does offer parking for one vehicle, but oversized trucks and extra large SUV's are not permitted and will have to park outside of this community. Maximum vehicle length is 18 feet. The parking spot is a short walking distance from the home. PETS... This is not a pet friendly home. MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS... For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH: Mid-stay clean Pet fee (if applicable) Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable) BOOKING DATES... The location of this property is outstanding. We walked everywhere and only used the car to get groceries once. The porch/patio area is perfect, and the pool is heated and close to the unit. One small inconvenience is that the parking space for this property is about a block away walking distance not a dealbreaker just an FYI two bedrooms are very attractive, spacious enough and very bright.. Bathrooms are a bit small but quite adequate. All fixtures were in excellent shape. Air conditioning systems work very well as did the ceiling fans. Two pair of double doors open to the deck, and there are four windows along one side and one small window in the pantry that can also be open for cross ventilation if you choose not to use air conditioning. Same situation upstairs. Deck in the queen bedroom is quiet and space is enough for two to be comfortable. Reading room in the king bed room is a nice touch as well very brightly lit with a supply of reading material in the library. Kitchen is adequately stocked with cutlery and utensils. Small wears pots and pans, etc. A small basket of various spices, salt, grinder, pepper, etc. where there as well. All appliances in the kitchen work very well including the garbage disposal. TVs in all areas were easy to use either with cable TV or streaming services. Bedrooms have smaller tvs but adequate for the space. WiFi works well. This unit is in a nice location, easy proximity to blue heaven, green parrot, Hemmingway House,Duval Street all a short walk away. Easy walk to Mallory Square via Emma Street less lively than Duvall and a lot of beautiful houses ##### mt B. It was well furnished with all the extras including the kitchen and bedding for the fold-pit couch. Extremely confounding were the proximity of the property to the entry gate (it is adjacent) of Shipyard without the property being part of Shipyard (no entry code to the gate was furnished) and the fact that the parking space allotted to Blue Bungalow was 6 minutes from the property?? Most inconvenient upon arrival and when loading and unloading gear (we had 6 bicycles in a truck plus luggage for 6.)This situation should be clearly explained in the rental information. ##### Donna R.
