It was perfect for a 3 night, 4 day weekend getaway and in an absolutely prime location - right off Duval but in the quieter part. It's a super quick walk to all the bars, restaurants, and shopping along Duval. Check in/check out was a breeze and the management company is just outstanding with communication and helpfulness. Parking is very tough - and expensive - in the area, but they offered us parking at their office (15 mins away) and they shuttled us back to the place for free. Even picked us up/dropped us off for an excursion on Stock Island! A big point to note - staying in Abbey's Attic - you want to be about 5'9 or shorter for the bedroom/closet area. We are both on the shorter side so it was comfortable for us. This place offered a "mini" fridge with separate freezer, microwave, and pot coffee maker. It does have a box fan in the unit which was super helpful - during the day it can get very warm in the bed area, and the minisplit can only do so much, but having the box fan taking the cold air and blowing it into the bed area significantly helped. Bathroom was small but updated, and the whole place felt very private and comfortable. The bed was comfortable but one side did seem to sag - nothing crazy but noticeable. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely look at this place and the other units around it for future visits! ##### Stacy C. But finding parking near the house is about impossible and if you want to unload anything from your car you will have to walk a good ways to do so. Next the room was clean at first glance but there was still some hair left in the shower and the floors need to be mopped good, as soon as we took shoes off the bottom of our socks were black. Overall great stay and would stay again just a few minor house keeping things. Quiet area and close to everything! Great spot. ##### Alexis D.
