Had a major water issue first day there, but property managers took our calls immediately and got a good plumber out to fix the problem. Spacious back patio upgrades this property from standard rental in Truman Annex. Noisy due to nearness of post office and road, but not a big issue for us. Floors were not particularly clean. Bath tub could use a safety/assist bar, as the tub is deep. ##### Robert T. Property was clean and equipped with everything needed for a fun stay. A grill for outdoor cooking would have put it over the top, but we still had everything needed for stay.
