Lastly, would invest in some new pans/cooking sheets and silverware. There were only four forks - three small and one regular so we constantly had to clean them. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kokomo Korner is in an excellent location and has plenty of room to spread out. Parking is easy and right in front of the condo. The pool was serene and well kept. The condo itself was nice. Comfortable furniture, clean, with bedrooms large enough to move around in. The bathrooms attached to each bedroom were nice and the laundry upstairs made it very convenient. There is a half bath downstairs so you don't have to constantly run up and down steps. The only drawbacks were, the back desk may want for an umbrella and made a lounge chair? The only negatives we ran into was the construction outside the condo which is next to the gate to the complex that stayed paddle locked. The construction made it impossible to sleep in and the gate inconvenienced the access the main street outside. However, I know these things are temporary and this too shall pass. We had a great time and Tracy is ALWAYS accommodating and so easy to work with. ##### Kellie H.
