Located at the heart of Key Largo MM 100 in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club) with 24 hr security. Kawama is a 24-acre complex surrounded by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, known for some of the best Scuba diving and snorkeling in all the keys. The property amenities include a saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, and two heated swimming pools as well as the private pool for the tower units. The property has an onsite marina with a boat ramp that gives guests ocean access via a deep water channel to some of the area's best fishing, snorkeling, diving, and sandbars. Other amenities include boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor BBQ areas, and tennis courts. Guest can fish, kayak, or snorkel the Ocean via our rock jetty. The modern unit decor enhances the comfort of this two-bedroom and two-bath condominium. Kayaks, standing paddle boards, pools, the lagoon, access to the ocean and jetty, all included. Host communication was excellent and he resolved anything that came up unexpectedly right away. It had so many options for things do close by as well as items needed to enjoy our vacation. We drove the golf cart, enjoyed grilling down by the water, fishing, kayaking, and swimming at the pool. The condo is close to restaurants and fishing charters. Communication was great, the condo is clean, and we are planning to return soon! ##### Brandi H. Everything you need; clean place to stay, great location, well equipped kitchen, all linens and towels, etc. Loved that this rental came with a golf cart and kayaks. Our family has had a very difficult year and we just needed to get away for a few days and "recharge" and enjoy some "quiet" time. We could not have picked a better place to do it. This was a beautifully remodeled unit with a great view. My husband has mobility issues so having the golf cart to use was a huge plus. The kitchen had everything you could need. The private pool at the tower was just perfect. We headed out to the jetty to watch the sunset each night. The views from the balcony were spectacular. We will definitely be back to stay here again. Just minutes from beach, pool,lagoon, and playground, as well as ten minutes form shopping. Unit has private parking and access to golf cart, kayak, and tennis courts. Very well kept and a terrific owner who answers your questions and concerns within minutes. We wanted a place to crash for a week in really warm weather and this unit was perfect. Plenty of space, kitchen amenities, great TVs, good beds and baths. Would recommend for a real Upper Keys experience. ##### Ale D.
