We loved taking morning rides out to the jetty to fish with our kids, catching needlefish, snapper, barracuda, and more.The townhouse itself was stocked with thoughtful amenities, including kayaks, tennis and pickleball sets, paper products, shampoo and conditioner, beach towels, hand soap, and laundry detergent—Martha truly thinks of everything! The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep for everyone. We also loved spending time on the screened-in patio, enjoying coffee and meals together.Our family made so many wonderful memories during our stay, and we would absolutely return. The location is close to anything you may need and the property had tons of entertainment for our kids. Check in was a breeze, the home was comfortable and could have slept many more comfortably, our kids were asking to bring friends with us next time. The place was clean, updated and had everything we could need for the quick trip. The pool right outside the door was excellent. The only thing I would change are the pillows and the mattress in the second room. The primary room had a king with twin bunks and that matress was AMAZING but it worked best for our kids to take that room so we took the second one. We brought our son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons. The home had everything we needed and was cute and cozy. So much to do onsite and close by. Our grandsons loved it and the rest of us did too. The highlight was a barbecue down by the ocean, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit and watching the full moon rise up out of the ocean. Nice to have straight access to pool area from back patio. The pool was good size. No hot tub. Most days pool was not crowded except for Saturday afternoon and evening there was a large crowd that met there and had very loud music with that could be heard throughout condo with doors closed. You are able to hear your neighbors and kids from the condo if they are loud which most kids are . Having golf cart to go to the jetty beach side is very nice but can’t drive it on the street. No license plates. Overall I would return to area. Most restaurants are locally owned so there is lots of seafood to be had. Most close by 8 or 9 pm ##### Marsha A. Kids had so much fun kayaking. Even more happy they had enough kayaks so everyone was able to go together. The condo was so clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and I love the that curtains keep out the morning light in the bedrooms. The other highlight was the golf cart. We loved the lagoon and being able to use kayaks was great, as was the use of the golf cart. The claim of a private beach area is misleading, was really just a patch of sand.
