Located at 260 Sadowski Causeway in Key Colony Beach. We offer a "King Bed" in the Master Suite with an attached Master Bathroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room. The lowered deck for easy entry into the boat was a must for us. We were traveling with grandparents and the lowered deck made boat loading so much easier for them as well as our young kids. The pool was fantastic and one of the largest we’ve seen at a rental. The two car garage was a huge plus! John was fantastic to communicate with. We had one issue during the week (we locked ourselves out) and he responded to help us right away. Even with it being on the 4th of July. The heated pool was a big hit with our family—it was spotless and the perfect temperature for relaxing after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage, and the large open living area gave us lots of room to spread out and unwind. One of the best parts was the location—just a short walk to the Cabana Club, where we enjoyed the beach, restaurants, and beautiful views. We enjoyed having plenty of room and the pool was a nice addition. The Beach Club is a very short walk and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We were able to get Key Largo and Key West for our daily excursions. It was great to come back each day and enjoy the heated pool or go to Havana Jacks for happy hour. The house was clean, with plenty of room for 6 adults and in a great neighbourhood to go walking. John was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. The only suggestion I have is to supply laundry detergent. I always like to do a couple of loads to help the cleaning people flip the house. ##### Celeste F.
