Gorgeous custom counters and a suite of all-new stainless steel appliances shine in the convenient full kitchen, also equipped with a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

Dock details: Maximum boat length - 50 feet.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We enjoyed our stay here so much. The cottage was so clean and very cute decor. The neighborhood was so nice and we enjoyed the use of the Cabana Club just a short walk away to the beach. Highly recommend!

We loved the easy access to so many amenities with where this home is located. This home is comfortable and equipped with anything you may need. The lanai that overlooks the canal is great for relaxing after a day filled with adventure and exploring the surrounding areas! Will definitely book here again in the future!

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay 31 7th St. We rented a boat and were able to utilize the dock. It was also nice to have the extra life jackets available. We would definitely come back.

The unit is nice- remember that this is NOT Key West. Par 3 / 9 hole across the street, easy walk to the beach/park. The maintenance guy said updates are better than most of the units in Marathon (Key Colony) and Vacasa was easily for issues like broken blinds and ACAissues.
