Begin your day by savoring the gentle sunrise on the screened porch, coffee in hand, or unwind later with your preferred cocktail in the comfort of shaded seating, all while your children enjoy a playful splash in the privacy of your own pool. With a myriad of activities to engage in at Casa Paraiso, from leisurely relaxation to exciting adventures, should you decide to explore the wonders of the Keys, the vibrant energy of Key West and the captivating allure of Key Largo are both within a leisurely 60-minute drive. Embrace the essence of the Florida Keys and create unforgettable memories at Casa Paraiso. SLEEPS MAXIMUM OF 6 GUESTS: Bedroom 1: King Bed, En-Suite Bathroom, Smart TV (no cable/satellite TV) Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Living Room: Sofa with Pull-Out Queen Bed, Loveseat & Chair, Smart TV (no cable/satellite TV) Kitchen: Nicely equipped (all things necessary to prepare and serve a meal) AMENITIES: \- Private Pool (optional heat \~85 degrees available Nov 1-Apr 30 $30/night fee) \- 32' Seawall \- Fish Cleaning Station with Water \- Bait Freezer \- Outdoor Seating \- Propane BBQ Grill \- Parking for up to 2 vehicles, including 1 boat trailer. To help maintain a pet-free environment for all, we require every guest to confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal. It's free, and does not require creating an account. After booking, you'll receive a link to complete the process. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from smoking indoors. Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays of 28 nights or more, we reserve the right to require a mid-stay cleaning to maintain the quality of the property. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 28 nights thereafter. The cost will be collected separately, and the number of cleanings depends on the length of your stay. Boating & Dockage Advisory: Due to bridges and varying water depths, it is your responsibility to ensure that your boat can safely navigate local waters, access the canal, and fit the listed dockage before booking.
