"This was my 1st stay in Key Colony Beach and the rental description was very accurate, very clean and very comfortable for a mature (not so young) couple. We had everything we needed in the house and more. The internet was great and my husband worked some remotely while I explored parks near by. The pool area is completed fenced in so my dogs could be out chasing lizards for fun while I enjoyed the pool and husband cooked on the gas grill. "We had the best time staying at this beautiful property! The kids loved swimming in the pool and watching the manatee off the dock. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the dock drinking our coffee and closing out the day with a glass of wine. The new black stone made it super easy to cook our fresh caught fish. "Beautiful little house that had everything we needed. Great place for our boat, on a canal, with easy access to the atlantic and gulf. We could fish in the canal, a great tiki hut with table and chairs and grill. We sat at this almost every night and had a private dinner on the water."

"Please let your guests know that sombrero beach has a park to pay it cost me $45 as I did not see it where we parked. Your place is a great location. We tried to make sure everything was cleaned up. Pool and beach were great."

"The house was great and had everything we needed. Perfect location in Key Colony Beach with short walking distance to the club and multiple restaurants/bars. We had plenty of space for our 30' boat at the dock and enough space in the driveway to park the truck and trailer. We used the launch at the KCB marina and it was large enough and deep enough for our boat with very easy access to the canal."

"This property is over the top with a pool and hot tub. The inside was very clean and up to date kitchen and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. The bed was a little small. The owner was very nice and easy to talk to."
