I didn’t realize the number of stairs on the property which I should have asked. A few rooms had incomplete paint jobs. The kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Door off the kitchen lock needs fixing. Electrical wires exposed on ground. The ceiling it bowing on the outside deck. Cosmetically for the price, we expected more. The lay out, # of bathrooms, dock system, hoist, garage, and the amount of room was all great! The property manager Cody was awesome. The maintenance team did a great job maintaining the grounds while we we there. You barely even noticed them. The property felt private and secluded! We would come back.
