We only stayed one night, it was nice. Family room was a good size although we found the double bed small as we are used to king size. Ok site parking which is a good size. Gym was good. The bar area which is the part of the main foyer was nice and the atmosphere was quite relaxed we did get there for 8/9pm. Check in was quick and easy as we had paid on Expedia. In the morning breakfast was very nice and I liked the poached eggs ready to go which is a first. My wife really enjoyed the breakfast. Lovely hotel and will definitely stay again if the need arises. It was a Friday night we stayed.

Great atrium. Very good service. Helpful staff. Attractive bar area. Didn't try meals as en route early . Unfortunately the air-conditioning/ heating wasn't working but we were moved swiftly with offer of help .

There was a large wedding party ongoing when I arrived to check-in at c 11pm. Teenagers were running around the lobby and fighting, pulling cushions off chairs and throwing them across the lobby. It took me 30 minutes to get checked in at 11pm! The room was fine, if a little dusty. Breakfast was adequate. Parking is exorbitant for the location.

I would usually refrain from leaving a negative review at the risk that it may have been a one off, however I stay regularly at this hotel and this is now the second occasion where standards have been poor. Specifically in relation to the cleanliness of the room. On the first occasion there was a used dirty towel left on the bathroom door and a used contact lens on the bedside table. During this stay the toilet seat was stained with urine and had not been cleaned, there was also small hairs on the toilet seat. The bedsheet had a hole in it the size of a 10pence piece and a sticker left on the under sheet. The service at reception was average at best upon this stay, which usually isn’t the case. Handy location for my work however the cleanliness is off putting.

It was a nice experience staying at the Marriott. We booked 3 people in 2 rooms, and had an extra person on the day and Marriott did not mind adding the 2nd person onto the room. Did not to expect to pay for parking though

Stayed one night. Staff were all very friendly helpful and professional. Room was clean and well stocked eith coffee etc. Had a meal in the restaurant and food was good. Again the staff wete great. Good range of breakfast options too. Used executive lounge which was a nice bonus that came with the executive room. This was our 4th stay. Will stay again . I was only booked in for 1 night but wish I could have stayed for longer. From checking in the staff in all the various departments were very helpful and courteous. Room was fantastic, bed was oh so comfy. Great facilities on site, bar & restaurant. Had dinner at the onsite restaurant, food was good. Opted for the buffet breakfast & that was fantastic! All in all a fantastic stay, will book here again when in the area.

Lovely stay again. Staff is always welcoming. The room could use some maintenance and updating. The sink was slow to drain and the shower door leaked water on the floor. Best option in the area!

Good location but a little tired
The hotel is in a good location and generally okay. I’ve stayed frequently and now had two occasions where the room had not been cleaned properly with an old contact lens left on the bedside table, hairs in the bathroom and a dirty towel left on the room. The food is average and we overpriced however close enough to other options if you have a vehicle.

Great staff to the rescue
Excellent hotel and staff, however was woken up by a the room next to ours at 4.30 am. A group of ladies had no consideration for other guests, with shouting, laughing, screaming and door slamming!!. reported to the front desk which resulted in the staff intervening and getting the situation resolved in 15 mins!! great staff.. poor mannered guests

Check in was a painful. I understand switching of staff from morning to afternoon. But why not have one sign in 15 mins prior to switch so one can carry on serving. Had to wait a while for log in
