Many aged or disabled persons would have difficulty accessing the loft where the best mattress was, but a hide-a-bed could have been used. The host was very responsive to questions. A/C with greater capacity would have been nice but most of the year probably would be totally unnecessary. Appliances all worked well. ##### Kris H. There is black mold and I woke up with a bloody nose and a horrible headache. The bed is in a tiny loft that you have to army crawl into. This place is criminal, it should not be listed on VRBO or any other rental property. I am hoping to get a refund as I was unable to stay a second night here.
