While it's not technically ski-in/ski-out, you're only an easy eight-minute walk to the Warm Springs Lodge and lifts, so you can still be on the mountain in no time. Plus, if you're heading into town or exploring further afield, the free shuttle stop is just a one-minute stroll from the house, making downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley effortlessly accessible. Speaking of downtown, it's just a quick five-minute drive to world-class dining, shopping, and après-ski fun. This three-level home is designed for those who appreciate style and space. On the ground floor, you'll find the first bedroom with a queen bed, a smart TV, and a shared bathroom across the hall featuring a spacious shower. This level is also home to the entryway and a long driveway for additional parking. The second level is where the heart of the home comes alive. The open-concept main living area is an entertainer's dream, with a circular compass dining table for six and bar seating along the sprawling kitchen counters. The kitchen itself is both functional and chic, offering all the tools you need to whip up a feast, including a built-in wine fridge and coffee bar.
