Upon entry, you'll find direct access to the one-car garage and a convenient full-size laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Ascend to the second level, where a spacious living area awaits, featuring a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and access to a charming small deck boasting captivating mountain views. The fully stocked kitchen is a culinary delight, showcasing elegant granite countertops and sleek stainless steel appliances. Two bar stools provide casual seating at the counter, while the dining table comfortably accommodates six. A comfortable queen bedroom is also located on this level, complemented by a full hallway bathroom with a single sink vanity and a relaxing shower/tub combo. The third floor unveils the luxurious master bedroom with a king bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and breathtaking mountain vistas. The ensuite bathroom is a spa-like retreat, featuring a dual sink vanity, a deep sunken tub, a separate shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. One dog is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $120\. Complex Features: SkiView Condominiums provide a tranquil escape, situated approximately three blocks from the heart of downtown Ketchum and roughly six blocks from the River Run ski lift access area. Additional guest spaces are very limited and may not be available. Please Note: This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum.
