The bathrooms were clean and one had a steam shower. The kitchen had great pots, pans, dishes etc. the check in and out process was a breeze. Chad's house was perfect for our quick girls ski getaway to Sun Valley. The proximity to River Run base made it quick and easy to get to the slopes -- we had a non skier drop us off but the walk looked very simple and do-able for adults. The home itself was clean, cozy and well taken care of. Everyone agreed that the beds were particularly comfortable, especially after a long day on the slopes. The high-end espresso/coffee machine was an added bonus for all. Chad was responsive and helpful. If we make it back to Sun Valley, we will definitely consider staying here again. ##### Meredith P. My parents celebrated 50 years of marriage this summer so we had to return to all the old haunts. This condo was perfect for our group of 6, age range from 35-77\. There are stairs to get to the unit but one bedroom is on the main floor. Both bathrooms large and well appointed. Kitchen surprisingly well stocked for a rental, including lots of seasoning blends and cooking utensils. We cooked one night at home on the Blackstone grill on the little front porch, which was also a great place to sit and chat over coffee in the mornings. About a 12-15 minute walk to most restaurants and downtown but it’s a nice walk. Close to the river and right on the bike path with easy walking access to the River Run ski resort (great cafe mid-mountain, by the way, and ride the chairlift to the top. It’s gorgeous!).
