"Friendly and welcoming from the start, all staff were smiley and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and the shower was amazing! We had drinks in the bar and ate later on for dinner, service was fabulous and the food great value for money. We had a quiet and relaxed sleep in a very comfy bed. Breakfast was served by lovely staff and the produce used on the full English was tasty and good quality. Highly recommended and would stay again. "

"What a great little b&b. Really loved our stay. the staff were fantastic. They were very friendly and accommodating to any of our needs. The breakfast was brilliant, with plenty of choices. Parking looks like it could be a problem at times, but we didn't have any trouble. You are in the middle of Keswick, so it is an easy walk into the centre of town. We would highly recommend."
