Eileen was a wonderful host (along with Harvey the dog). As someone who has traveled professionally for many years, I appreciate the care she puts into her business, the overall cleanliness of the place and the well prepared, generous portions of the breakfasts. No detail was overlooked, I am hard to please and my wife and I were very satisfied.

We had a quick but wonderful stay here! The host was so sweet and gave a warm welcome. The property is beautiful, as is the inside and the rooms. We were so happy with how spacious and clean the room was. I wish we could have stayed longer! We weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast since we were leaving very early to go for a hike, so the host brought us some sandwiches and cakes and snacks for our hiking trip instead! Such a thoughtful gesture. The location is perfect, a short walk into town. If you’re looking for the best B&B in Killarney, look no further! :)

Beautiful location
I don’t normally stay in B&B’s…. So this was a totally different experience. First I should mention that our host was Eileen and she was very gracious and professional. Our room was over looking the river and was very spacious. I can’t say enough about the breakfast that was served to us. The B&B was within walking distance if you have no car.

A good place to stay
An interesting hotel which was perfectly fine for our stay. The river frontage give it the edge. We were treated warmlyand were given good information for our night our. The following morning they went to good efforts to accommodate a vegan at breakfast. I think the owners would go the extra miles for their guests.

A Delightful Getaway at Crystal Springs B&B
My recent stay at Crystal Springs B&B was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, whose friendly demeanor set the tone for the entire experience. One of the standout features of this charming bed and breakfast is its fantastic location. Nestled amidst nature, it offers breathtaking views of the nearby river. Would stay here again, highly recommend.
Loved this B&B, highly recommend. Host(s) were wonderful, location was great, so close to many attractions, shops, restaurants, etc. The property itself is very pretty, right on the river. Breakfast was sooo good!

Probably a bit more than I would normally pay for a hotel but a great Guest House. Really great room and a lovely breakfast (I had the pancake with banana and nutella - 5*!). Lovely to be right next to the river and hear it bubbling all night. 20 minute walk into town.

What a beautiful place to stay, and very friendly hosts that made our holiday to Ireland very memorable. We stayed during an exceptionally warm few days, so the room got pretty warm with no AC or fans, but not something that is typical for this area to have to deal with. So nice to be within walking distance of so many restaurants/ pubs in Killarney, and a nice access point to Dingle, Cork, and some other really beautiful areas

The Crystal Springs B&B is in a beautiful setting beside a river right on a main road in Killarny. The inn is beautiful and well furnished, and our room had lovely antiques. Eileen was very welcoming, easy check in, full of information about Killarney. Clean room. Made us wonderful breakfast. View of waterway very pretty. Set us up with a bus tour for Ring of Kerry. Short taxi ride to town, or walkable if you don't mind a jaunt. Pleasant stay!

5 star stay, suggest hiring bicycles for your stay
Our only regret was that we only stayed one night! We’re travelling Ireland for 2 weeks, and this was by far the comfiest bed we slept in!!! The breakfast served was beautiful and delicious. The breakfast room overlooks a stream. A few houses down is a bike rental place where we were able to rent bikes (very affordable!) to bike around Ross Castle and Muckross house. It’s a 3-5 min ride into town, and 10 mins to the castle. We didn’t get to ride to Muckross house because of the weather but we HIGHLY suggest that you grab bikes at Big Little Bike Co. to do this. That grounds at Muckross house are unreal, and riding was definitely what we should have done as it is a long walk otherwise. If you’re not a cyclist, pop into town, or to either the castle or house where you can hire the popular mode of transportation - horse and carriage.

I usually stay at a city centered hotel. But I figured that Ireland would be best bet for taking a chance on a B & B. This one really added to the flavor of the country and hence the trip itself. All the rooms are immaculate and dotted with Charming Irish decor. Irish folk ballads play in the background. You even can sit in the backyard listening to the rolling of the Flesk river and watching some locals fish in their wellies. It is like an Irish postcard. True, it is a mile, 20 minute walk to town, but the quiet you get by being out a bit results in a quiet restful sleep at night. Plentiful on the pillows, shower water was hot, heated towel rack. Breakfast menu had variety. Just thinking about it makes me want to return to Ireland.

I really love this place, stayed here 3 times already. In addition to the rooms which are comfortable and spacious, the backyard has a river. Also the hostess is very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that there was no WiFi access - there was no reception in the room and when we got in range the access point was always full. We talked about this with the hostess and were told this will be fixed by September with installation of a complete new WiFi infrastructure to support all the rooms, so I expect to give a score 10 out of 10 in my next visit.

Eileen, the host, is an excellent cook and makes one of the best breakfasts we had in Ireland. A couple of issues we had was the neighborhood has a problem with wasps, including getting into the property. Fortunately they were dying off during our stay so not bothersome. A more minor issue is the wi-fi was occasionally unreliable but worked most of the time. We enjoyed our stay but unsure how we would feel if the wasps were in an active state.

A wonderful weekend away
We spent our anniversary weekend here and loved every minute. As soon as we got here, I grabbed my book and headed out to sit in the back garden and listen to the river. This relaxing time by the water would have been enough to ensure that we'll come back! The hospitality and delicious breakfasts each day made this trip simply amazing.

Beautiful Bed & Breakfast
This is a beautiful inn with delicious breakfasts. The owner is sweet, friendly, and helpful, and a great cook! the beds were so comfortable, and the rooms are large with large, updated bathrooms. We met friendly people in the common room and generally had a fabulous time. My one criticism is that they could have provided a little more upscale shampoo, conditioner, and soap to match their atmosphere.
