Perhaps that could be noted so future guests have no concerns. The grounds needed to be tidied up. Potted plants needed attention. The house needs some work (bathroom door was falling off the hinges, the toilet leaked, a pot of dirt that used to hold a plant was sitting in the corner of the bedroom which was weird. Dead plants on the front porch. The house was also very musty. There was a dehumidifier running in the house, thankfully, but you could tell it was kind of damp. The house is charming and the owner was very responsive. Would definitely rent again. The kitchen was well equipped and grateful for the coffee and condiments.
