Private: beautiful garden 3'000 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and trees. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises, single garage. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach 4 km. Nearby attractions: Sillon de Talbert 11 km, Plougrescant 13 km, Château de la Roche-Jagu 15 km, Paimpol 17 km, Pontrieux 16 km, Ile de Bréhat. Hiking paths: GR34 500 m.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace.
