Whether you’re looking to relax, indulge in wine tasting, or explore the beautiful Sonoma Valley - Hoff Lane is the perfect base.  
The property features a level site with a spacious circular driveway, providing ample parking for multiple vehicles. The light filled home comes with high end features including electronic gate access, automated pool cover, automated window shades, air conditioning and a backup generator.  
Step into the expansive great room, where an open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, offering generous space for gatherings and entertaining. The space features a gourmet chef's kitchen with a waterfall island, a dining area overlooking the outdoors, and a well-appointed living area designed for relaxation and enjoyment of the scenic views. The open floor plan, complemented by multiple French doors leading to the deck and pool, enables effortless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces.  
The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with premium Bertazzoni appliances, a dedicated beverage refrigerator, and comfortable island seating. The dining table accommodates eight guests and provides picturesque views of the pool and landscaped grounds. The living area, furnished in a contemporary style, offers a retreat to unwind or stream your favorite show on the Samsung Frame TV.  
The ground floor primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, automated shades, a walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower equipped with both rain and handheld shower heads. This room offers views of lush mature trees.  
The media room, outfitted with sectional seating, a 75 inch Samsung Smart TV and a beverage refrigerator, is the ultimate space for family movie night.  
The ground floor also offers a separate full bathroom with walk in shower, and a bonus room featuring workout equipment and a workstation, ensuring adequate space and convenience for all guests.  
The large laundry area, mudroom and half bath lead out to the extended paved patio, providing easy access to the pool and outdoor amenities.  
Upstairs features two double bedrooms with queen beds. Each bedroom is equipped with built-in closets and automated window shades, giving views of the outdoor greenery and allowing natural morning sunlight to fill the space. A second full bathroom is featured on this floor.  
A bonus room on this upstairs floor offers a second king sized bed complete with an ensuite bathroom, with a walk in shower featuring both rain and handheld shower heads. This luxurious space, again with automated window shades offers further views of the natural surroundings.  
Outdoors, guests can relax on plush sofas or Adirondack chairs beneath the shade of mature trees, or lounge in luxury in the sunshine after a dip in the 20 x 40 pool which features an electronic cover. An outdoor shower allows you to refresh before you BBQ at the gas bbq and dine al fresco at one of the multiple teak tables on the expansive paved patios. Enhanced by cantina lighting and Illuminate pool lighting, the outdoor space also offers corn toss and a full badminton set. Guests can further relax on the porch rocking chairs while watching the sunset.
