« Parking was good and well lit. Night clerk was friendly and lobby was clean. Room could of used a better cleaning and floors were sticky. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and blankets were clean. I didn't eat at the breakfast so no comment on that. Shower was hot and and showerhead was strong and good. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash were good, hotel quality, in big bottles. Towels were clean. It felt like a safe property to stay at. There were some teenagers being loud in the lobby and...

"Avis très positif pour cet hôtel, surtout grâce à son emplacement en plein centre-ville de Cincinnati, qui permet de tout faire à pied. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment agréable. Le lobby m’a paru un peu froid et impersonnel, mais le petit déjeuner est correct et le personnel agréable, disponible et souriant. Le gros point fort reste la situation : en plein centre, à proximité immédiate des restaurants et des principales attractions, ce qui est idéal pour se déplacer sans voiture. Autre atout pratique, le parking se trouve juste en face de l’hôtel, ce qui facilite énormément l’arrivée et le départ."
