"Room was good size and bed comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Avoid staying in room 1 as it backs on to the car park and I could hear a conversation out there which woke me at 3am and lasted for an hour! This obviously frustrated me and did impact on the enjoyment of my stay. It was meant to be peaceful and relaxing. "

"Good value for money on the Fri fee of Exeter. Shame that parking was not free given the large car park. Bed was large and comfy and free breakfast was great. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Bathroom has a cool feature using one door to lock the toilet while leaving the bath and sink accessible. "

My daughter and I were pleased with our room and loved the light up dressing table mirror. It would have been handy to have a key each. My husband snd son had no heating in their room and the window rattled so they didnt get a room as good as ours. Apart from that we were very happy with our stay. "
