There is a kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge as well as a newly renovated bathroom and access to Oak Orchard Creek. Need fishing advice, stop next door at Narby's for tips as well as great prices on tackle. We keep our boat at the dock on site so we are often around if you need anything. Voted the Best Fishing Town in New York State, people come from all over for the world class fishing. Highly recommend this cottage for a stay, just perfect for two people.
