"This room is super cool. We did love staying in the space, but there’s 0 instruction on how to check in, or check out. Theres no front desk and no one to really call for anything except the restaurant staff which at times were kinda clueless. The tv wouldn’t connect to wifi so we couldn’t use it. No one gave us instructions for checkout so I just left the key on the counter and left the door unlocked? 10/10 cool space, but yeah- not a hotel, if you book here you’re kind of on your own to figure...
"I regret that we were charged twice (and the property is not in a hurry to solve it) and it was a constant problem to get into the rooms due to the malfunctions codes. One of the rooms was basically without a window, the other one was better. It is a pity. Also, if you don't like scanning your own ID and making selfies (and send it to them) - which they require for check in - it is not the right place for you. "

"Great property. Lots of space. As other reviews have said it is a little noisy but the property thoughtfully provides noise machines and ear plugs (I do recommend using them). We were in at check-in and out at 7:30 the next morning so a very short visit but would stay here again. Love properties that allow dogs as well. Easier than trying to find a pet sitter or take them to a boarder. Thank you, Sosuite!"
"Overall, we had an excellent stay. The staff was very polite and professional. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Pool area was great although the trash and dirty towels could have been removed before overflowing during peak time. Also, more regular coffee for the in-room coffee maker! There was more decaf than regular."

"Wonderful place to stay! The front desk staff ( Jeff) security ( Deon) and valet girls were all amazing! The lobby and breakfast area is clean. Outside patio/sitting area was wonderful! Plenty of options for breakfast as well! Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Easily walkable to market, love park, etc. felt safe and secure! "
