Make some memories at this unique spot! This private homestead is surrounded by acreages of green pastures. This original homestead provides space for family, business or a planned romantic trip. We invite short or long-term stays. Parking space accommodates all 8 guests. Escape this spacious, tastefully decorative home with the fun this serene living space brings. Come enjoy a cattle farm style experience. Your minutes away from town. Forget worries and let this home ensure an unforgettable stay!

Step into a spacious and well-designed interior that caters to your every need:  
  
◦ Living Room: Unwind in the living room with multiple seating, comfy couches, and a 55'' Smart TV with Super-Fast Wi-Fi for entertainment.  
  
◦ Kitchen: Cook culinary delights in the kitchen equipped with modern appliances, cooking space, and various utensils.  
  
◦ Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms. Find comfort in the master bedroom, which boasts a king-sized bed, a large closet, and a connected bathroom. Second bedroom has a king-sized bed with closet space and a private door leading outside to the patio sitting area, and third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with closet space.

A couch has a queen-sized hide-a-bed with a foam mattress topper.

Your retreat includes a fully fenced backyard for young children or your pets. We can accommodate parking large vehicles on the property for example: RV Trailers, Horse Trailers, Boat Trailer, Recreational ATV Trailers, Semi Trucks, Heavy Equipment, Construction Tool Vehicles, or Earthmovers, etc.  
  
(Note: There are no available hook ups for an RV. We are only accommodating your large vehicle during your stay with us.)  
  
Guest Access:  
  
There is a private, secure, keyless entrance to the entire house. The entire home is yours to access and not a shared space. You will be sent a unique code 30 minutes before arrival time.  
  
Maximum Occupancy on Property: the number of guests you provided in your “paid booking session,” is the limited number of guests allowed to occupy the home. Any additional guests will be charged a $30 daily rate. Compliance with house rules ensures a comfortable and safe stay for all guests. Large gatherings, events or parties are strictly prohibited.

House is beautiful. Property perfect for family and dogs. A little oasis in the country. The host was even more amazing. We had to extend our stay twice and they were very accommodating. We will be recommending to family when they come and visit!!
