"Hotel Edison is consistently outstanding. All staff is great....front desk (especially Jennifer), wait staff in the restaurant, bartenders, doormen, and housekeeping. I always stay here....staff and location are perfect. "
"OMG-the absolute BEST experience staying at a hotel! It is such an iconic hotel in the heart of NYC, but what makes this beautiful place so incredibly special is the staff. They are all out of this world amazing and kind-can’t recommend this hotel enough, I will definitely be back!"
"We had an extremely pleasant stay at this property. Convenient to all locations. It was a 10-15 minute walk to Central Park, Bryant Park, Times Square and GCS. Five minutes to 5th Ave and Rockefeller. Upon our arrival, we pre-checked in because we were early and stowed our bags which was no cost day of arrival. We didn’t need access to our room and left for the day. On departure day we also stowed our bags for 5$/bag. Every employee we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. We were upgraded for free to a corner room with a view of 6th and fridge without request. It was also quiet. Of note, some rooms do not have refrigerators. Excellent stay and I was compelled to write a review after reading some of the negative reviews I read immediately after booking which made me nervous. "
