Nice hotel close to restaurants and shopping.

We were in the area for a weeklong baseball tournament. The hotel was convenient and clean. It seemed short staffed, no one was at the front desk upon arrival. She was delivering something to a guest. Also, when I called on the way to the hotel, I was put on hold several times, again seemed short staffed. Other than that, the stay was great. I

Nice hotel but confusion with booking

There seems to be tons of confusion when it comes to booking with this hotel. If you book through a third party, be prepared for a headache.

Hotel was nice, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The microwave in my room didn't work and the maids didn't make my bed or replenish towels or clear out trash each day.

Nicely updated and very clean!

The hotel was very clean and you could tell it was recently updated. The staff was friendly. Our room wasn't cleaned while we were gone during the day, the maid came after four and came into the room even though the do not disturb was up. We had another set of towels so it wasn't a big deal.

Nice hotel

We had a nice stay, however, the hotel charged my bank card twice and after waiting 3 business days, the deposit has still not been cleared. Very disappointed that they take double the amount of the room without notifying us plus not putting it back into our account in a timely manner.

Great staff, helpful and friendly. Business printer not working but staff helped us out. Breakfast is basic but ok, all plastic cutlery and plates etc. Room clean and acceptable but bed was too soft for my liking

Additional Charges After Departure

My stay was pleasant until about a month later when I received my credit statement and realized I was charged an additional $80. Upon calling La Quinta, I was informed that I had already called before about this issue (false as this was my first call) and that I had stolen the clock radio from the room (also false). The fact that she already thought I had called is extremely suspicious as it makes it sound like this has happened to others before. I remember checking into the room and thinking to myself that they must not provide an alarm clock as so many people just use their phones these days. It is disheartening to be accused and charged for something I would not even conceive of doing. I will be disputing the charges and never returning. Avoid at all costs!
