The elevator to the second floor didn’t work. Toilet seat hinge was broken on one side. Tub floor was slanted in; afraid I would slip. This is a design issue. Worst of all were the sheets. They were so old that they were pilled everywhere. No way could I sleep on them. Requested new sheets and had to change the bed myself. Never staying here again.

The staff at this hotel is amazing! Our check-in was effortless and the customer service rep was a genuinely nice person! The lobby area had dirty carpet - no make that filthy!! The room had tattered and soiled furniture! The room had a heavy distinct dog smell which the hotel tried to cover with some strong flowery scent. A very disappointing stay!!

This hotel was good for the price. It’s in a good location and the staff were nice. The only issue I had is I wish the shower was a little more modern. Overall staying at this hotel was a good experience.

My room had ants in the bathroom on the counter. I called the front desk and they sent someone up right away to spray, once he left my son went to use the restroom and more ants appeared. I called back to the desk to inform them and ask if my bill could be adjusted because of the inconvenience of the ants being in our bathroom, the gentleman said yes just come down to the front desk. I went to check out and the gentleman that answered the phone refused to adjust my bill. I will never stay here again, my whole family was there for a funeral.

On the outer ring of Atlanta’s suburban area, this hotel on a hill is conveniently located for access to Atlanta freeways, yet in a quiet area.

My room had some upgrades but they weren’t done very well. One of the night stands was damaged, the floors were on a slant, the tile at the front was done poorly and some were loose, the bathroom walls were not cleaned, the wash cloths weren’t cleaned well and the tub needs to be refinished. I did enjoy the bed and the ridge provided. The surrounding area, as in restaurants and stores, is amazing.

I always stay here on my trip back from Florida. People are always nice that work there. Just getting a little rundown compared to previous years. Carpeting that was coming up was taped with duct tape, outside dog area the poop bag trash was overflowing and hadn’t been emptied in a long time, trash cans were overflowing with bags of trash outside. Would be nice to see a bit of an update as it’s been a while since they’ve done that.

The room had a leaky ceiling, had a 3 night stay never had house keeping, not even for trash and towels. I think the “excellent” rating must’ve been mostly for being pet friendly, which I didn’t realize. The overall cleanliness was good, and I was appreciative for the breakfast. And the gentleman who checked me in was very friendly.

Below average in my opinion
Wasn’t impressed with my stay as the elevator wasn’t working to start off. My room was definitely in need of a renovation because the tiles on the floor were moving as I walked around, even pinched my foot as I exited the shower. A used washcloth was still in the shower and a hair in the tub. Definitely wasn’t confident in the cleanliness. Towels were rough. I didn’t make use of the continental breakfast. The area is close to many restaurants and shops.

The wrong room was provided at check in so I had to go back down to the desk and get the room I paid for. When I got to the new room there were nasty water stains on the ceiling and drywall peeling. There was very little shampoo and soap.

NYE Nap
We booked while traveling on NYE… the site wouldn’t let me book for 12/31, only for 1/1 with check-in time of 3pm. I called the hotel and the guy said no problem. I told him we would be there in a hour and a half. We got there and he knew exactly what to do to make check in effortless.
