The hotel was very nice the last time my family and I stayed there it was different. But since they remodeled. The hotel looks totally different. The only thing we didn't care for was the shower even though the room we stayed in was a handicapped room which I didn't know before picking the room. But when you take a shower the water comes out all over the floor because there is no shower door or anything to catch the water from the shower coming out onto the floor by the toilet. But overall our stay there was great and will definitely stay here again but I will pick a different room.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the restaurant/bar on-site. After a long day on the road, it was wonderful to be able to eat dinner without having to leave the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again in the future!
I usually stay here when visiting family and have never been disappointed

The Hilton Garden inn was very clean, staff friendly, and the food at their restaurant was good. Had full bar as well. It is pet friendly which is a plus for us! We liked it so much that we will stay here on our return trip!

I didnt really enjoy my stay. First i requested extra pillows rhat i didnt get. Next the policy of not allowing a door dash deluvery to my room really sucks and ill never stay anywhere again that has that policy. I thought the room was outdated and not really comfortable and the tv set up with basic cable and the most aggravating remote control ever. I mean the sign on your building isnt even lite up.
Our family has been staying at this hotel for many years, driving from FL to OH in the summer and at Christmas. The hotel is the best in the area. There are great dining options, and the homemade breakfast is excellent. The rooms are clean, showers are refreshing, and we always know we will be comfortable. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. A

Very pleasant stay. There was some road noise but that’s true of most hotels off of i75! The interior was very quiet.
The continental breakfast was the best we have ever had. There was an option for a hot breakfast (at a cost), and it was excellent with very pleasant attentive staff.

Added charges for Breakfast when I checked in. The first morning the Buffet breakfast was available at no additional costs, then the next Morning I was presented a ticket for 2 buffet breakfast meals LOL with tax . So, I asked the cashier why I received the bill and she said they charge everyone for breakfast. Well since I had paid when checking in I told her it was already charged in my room rates when i checked in. She told me i need a voucher from the check in desk. I go and explaine an received a voucher. They tried to charge me twice.
Everything felt clean and updated. The Keurig in our room was broken and within five minutes of reporting it, the maintenance guy was there with a new one. He installed it and coffee crisis was averted. The pool is an indoor/outdoor one and my teens really enjoyed unwinding after a long day.
My stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Kennesaw was perfect; the room was clean and the bed felt great.
Also, the check-in and check-out was smooth, and the clerks were friendly, efficient, and very nice.
If I ever pass through Kennesaw again, I will definitely stay here.
